Buying property
Whether you are purchasing your first home or you are a seasoned investor, Simpson Conveyancing is here to help. We take the time to explain the process with you and to help you to understand your legal rights. We prepare all legal documentation to enable the transfer of the property from the Vendor into your name/s including all concession forms (if applicable).
Pre-purchase advice
Did you know you can obtain pre-purchase advice?. That is advice on the contract, prior to you signing it?
We can ensure that the contract you sign does not contain any conditions which could adversley affect you and make sure that your rights are protected should something go wrong. We can also make inquiries about the property to make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing before you're legally bound to proceed with the purchase
Subdivisions
Preparation and lodgement of applications for Plans of Subdivision at the Titles Office to complete the registration of the subdivision to enable the issuing of new titles.
Selling property
When selling a property you must meet certain legal requirements. We will prepare a Vendors Statement (also known as a Section 32) on your behalf in order to meet your legal obligations. We also prepare all other legal documentation (including contracts) to enable a smooth and hastle free settlement.
Water transfers
Preparation of and lodgement of transfer documentation to enable the transfer of ownership of Water Shares.
